All services provided by APY Calculator may be used for lawful purposes only ("APY Calculator" refers to the website on the URL: http://www.apycalculator.info/). Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any international, United States federal, state or city law is prohibited.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless APY Calculator from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the user or any other party.
APY Calculator reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting any changes or a revised Agreement on this site. This Agreement will supplement any other written agreement you may have with APY Calculator, however, the terms of such separate written agreement will supersede similar terms in this Agreement to the extent they conflict.
The service:
APY Calculator will provide you FREE OF CHARGE the right to use our APY, APR, MORTGAGE APR calculators and other services which we offer. You are free to link from your site to our services. APY Calculator results are informal. Information received from various services are not logged on the server side.
Your responsibilities and acknowledgments:
Compliance with laws, regulations and requirements. You will not use the services for illegal purposes but will abide by and comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the services (including laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States), and all requirements, procedures, policies and regulations of networks connected to the services.
Restricted uses:
You shall not: use the service in any manner as a factor in establishing an individual's credit worthiness or to determine any consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance or employment; use the data available via the service as a derivative database to verify, confirm, enhance, audit and/or update any files owned; store via physical media, data mine or otherwise aggregate information or data within the service, for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement; publish, transmit or disseminate in any form or by any means, any part of the service to any third party; sell, sub license, or transfer any information retrieved from the service; directly or indirectly utilize the service (or any portion thereof) to create any derivative, downstream or other works there from or replicate or reverse engineer the service;
Non-interference:
You will not interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the services by other users; or the services or servers or networks connected to the services (including, without limitation, any attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the services).
Report of abuse:
You will report any violations of the terms of this Agreement by other users of the services of which you become aware by contacting APY Calculator at info@apycalculator.info e-mail address.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. APY CALCULATOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, ANY RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES AND ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, APY CALCULATOR MAKES NO WARRANTY: THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED;
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Each party hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction and venue of Serbian courts in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement.
Statute of Limitation:
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Confidentiality:
You shall not reveal to third parties any of the information herein, including, but not limited to, payment schedules and the terms of this Agreement or Separate Agreement, as this information is deemed confidential.
